Mozzies Pte Ltd is a licensed NEA Vector Control Operator (VCO) and the parent company operating both the GetMozzie digital service platform and the Mozzies Pest Control Services operational team.

We are committed to delivering safe, effective, and compliant pest management solutions in accordance with the National Environment Agency (NEA) regulations, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines, and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2012.

This Company Policy outlines our commitments to service quality, operational safety, regulatory compliance, and client trust across all Mozzies Pte Ltd service channels.

1. Service Policy

  • All pest control services are performed by trained staff or licensed Vector Control Technicians (VCTs).
  • Service scope is clearly defined in quotations, contracts, or service agreements.
  • Exclusions (e.g., follow-up visits, proofing, repairs) will be stated separately.
  • Service reports are delivered within 3–5 working days unless otherwise specified.
  • Clients must ensure safe and accessible entry to premises for treatment.

2. Health & Safety Policy

  • All treatments use NEA-approved chemicals and equipment.
  • Staff and subcontractors comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is used when necessary.
  • Measures are taken to protect staff, clients, pets, and the environment.

3. Confidentiality Policy

  • Inspection findings, reports, and site photographs are kept confidential.
  • Information is shared only with authorised parties such as the client, NEA, or legal authorities where required.
  • Mozzies Pte Ltd does not release sensitive information to third parties without written consent.

4. Subcontracting Policy

  • Mozzies Pte Ltd may engage licensed subcontractors for specialised treatments.
  • All subcontractors must comply with NEA regulations and Mozzies’ quality standards.
  • Mozzies Pte Ltd retains full responsibility for service quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Clients will be informed if subcontractors are deployed.

5. Treatment & Service Standards

  • Treatments follow NEA-approved pest control methodologies such as gel baiting, fogging, larviciding, misting, and bait station installation.
  • Service plans, visit frequency, and warranty terms are clearly stated in quotations or contracts.
  • Follow-up visits are recommended or scheduled based on infestation severity and regulatory guidelines.

6. Personal Data Protection (PDPA)

  • Personal data is collected only for operational, service delivery, and compliance purposes.
  • Data is protected under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2012.

7. Compliance Commitment

  • Mozzies Pte Ltd is a fully licensed NEA Vector Control Operator (VCO).
  • We comply with Environmental Sanitation (ES) Regime requirements, including conducting 6-monthly Comprehensive Pest Management Surveys (CPMS).
  • All service reports are NEA-audit ready to support Environmental Control Coordinators (ECCs) and Environmental Control Officers (ECOs).
