- All inspections, surveys, and reports are carried out by trained staff or licensed Vector Control Technicians (VCTs).
- The scope of work will be clearly defined in our service agreements or quotations.
- Exclusions (such as follow-up treatments or repair works) will be stated separately.
- Reports are delivered within agreed timelines (typically 3–5 working days).
- Clients must provide access to premises, where applicable.
2. Health & Safety Policy
- All treatments use NEA-approved chemicals and equipment.
- Staff and subcontractors follow Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) is used when required.
- Safety measures are applied to protect our staff, clients, the public, and the environment.
3. Confidentiality Policy
- All inspection findings, photos, and reports are considered confidential.
- Information is only shared with authorised parties such as the client and NEA (if required).
- No sensitive information will be disclosed to third parties without written client consent.
4. Subcontracting Policy
- Mozzies may engage licensed subcontractors for specific pest treatments.
- All subcontractors must comply with NEA regulations and safety standards.
- Mozzies retains overall responsibility for service quality, compliance, and safety.
- Clients will be informed if subcontractors are engaged in their project.
5. Treatment & Service Standards
- Pest treatments are conducted using NEA-approved methods (e.g., fogging, gel baiting, rodent bait stations, larviciding).
- Specific treatment methods, frequencies, and follow-up arrangements are detailed in each quotation or service contract.
- Treatments will always be carried out safely, effectively, and in accordance with NEA requirements.
- Any warranty or service follow-up will be clearly defined in the quotation/contract.
6. Personal Data Protection (PDPA)
- We collect and use personal data strictly for service delivery, reporting, and compliance purposes.
- All personal data is protected under the PDPA 2012.

7. Compliance Commitment
- Mozzies Pte Ltd (Mozzies Pest Control Services) is a licensed NEA Vector Control Operator (VCO).
- We ensure all services comply with the Environmental Sanitation (ES) Regime, including the mandatory 6-monthly Comprehensive Pest Management Surveys (CPMS).
