Under NEA’s Environmental Sanitation (ES) Regime, specified premises such as schools, preschools, eldercare facilities, food establishments, shopping malls, and other high-traffic premises must conduct a Comprehensive Pest Management Survey (CPMS) every 6 months.

This is a mandatory compliance requirement – the survey must be carried out by a licensed Vector Control Operator (VCO), and the official report must be kept on file for NEA audits.
