3. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings made through Getbulance are subject to availability.
- A booking confirmation will be sent once the ambulance provider accepts the request.
- Users must provide accurate information for a smooth and timely service.
4. Payment & Fees
- The total fees displayed at the time of booking include ambulance provider fees, booking fees, and facilitating fees.
- Getbulance collects a booking fee, but does not set the ambulance provider rates. The fees you pay to Getbulance include all associated costs for facilitating the ambulance booking.
- Payments for bookings will be made directly to Mozzies Pte Ltd's account.
- Payments must be completed in full before service confirmation (if applicable).
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the selected ambulance provider.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the provider's policy.
- Getbulance’s booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
- Getbulance is not liable for any delays, service quality issues, or incidents related to the ambulance services provided by the ambulance provider.
- We facilitate bookings but are not responsible for the actions or services of the ambulance provider.
- Users acknowledge that Getbulance is not responsible for the transport itself and holds no liability for service-related incidents.
7. User Responsibilities
- Users must ensure that the patient is fit for transport as per the chosen service.
- Any special medical requirements or requests must be clearly communicated during the booking process.
- Users are responsible for providing accurate details to ensure proper service.
